JEWEL LOOKY AT SLEAVES! lol

Yeah, this is just the first part to drawing those ruffled sleeves, hun.

1.) SKETCH ALWAYS UNTIL FINALYZING PICTURE!
2.) The reason why I said to not fill out the arms yet was because it's important to draw the hands on a Sonic anthro first. No matter what position they're in their hands are usually the most prominent feature and should be slightly exageratedly large.
So this step is to sketch out the hands.*
3.) I filled out the legs next.
4.) Started onthose sleeves and made them ruffled for a certain someone *huggles*. The squiggly line is just the first part to drawing ruffled sleaves.
